灌浆期高温胁迫对玉米籽粒灌浆及产量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为研究高温胁迫对玉米灌浆特性和产量的影响,以郑单958和先玉335为试验材料,研究玉米灌浆速率、淀粉合成相关酶活性、玉米产量及品质的变化特征。结果表明,高温胁迫显著降低了2个品种籽粒干重和灌浆速率,结合态淀粉合酶(GBSS)、可溶性淀粉合酶(SSS)、蔗糖合酶(SS)和蔗糖合酶磷酸和酶(SPS)活性和玉米产量显著降低;高温胁迫下籽粒蛋白质含量增加,淀粉含量减少。因此,灌浆期高温不利于玉米产量形成和品质的改善。 Maize varieties Zhengdan 958 and Xianyu 335 were pot cultured to study the effects of high temperature stress during grain filling stage on grain filling characteristics and yield of maize.The grain filling rate,starch synthesis-related enzyme activities,maize grain yield and quality changes were determined and analyzed.The results showed that high temperature stress significantly reduced the dry weight and filling rate of the maize grains of the two varieties.The activities of granule bound starch synthase(GBSS),soluble starch synthase(SSS),sucrose synthase(SS),sucrose synthase phosphate and enzyme(SPS),and the grain yield were significantly decreased,the protein content of grains increased,and the starch content decreased under high temperature stress.Therefore,the high temperature at the filling stage is not conducive to the improvement of maize yield and quality.
