摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的实施,对三农人才的要求日益增大。涉农课程作为培养三农人才的基础性工程,可以提升人才培养质量、满足现实社会需求。为真实地了解高校涉农课程课堂教学有效性,分析目前高校课程教学有效性的关联性因素和内涵,对四川轻化工大学新农村发展学院《农村公共管理》课程进行了调查分析。研究发现,学生先行认知、教学实施和学生评价三个维度与课程教学有效性关联显著。并以此为基础提出高校课堂教学应该在教学准备,革新教学理念、更新教学目标;在教学实施过程中创造良好的课堂气氛、优化教学方法和进行合理课堂管理;在教学评价阶段,要厘革评价观念、鼎革评价策略,尤其重视学生参与式持续评价。
With the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,the demand for talents of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is increasing day by day.As the basic project of cultivating talents in agriculture,rural areas and farmers,agriculture-related curriculum can be used to improve the quality of talent training and meet the needs of the real society.In order to understand the effectiveness of classroom teaching of agriculture-related courses in colleges and universities,this paper mainly analyzes the relevant factors and connotations of the effectiveness of curriculum teaching in colleges and universities,and makes an investigation and analysis of the course of"Rural Public Management"in the New Rural Development College of Sichuan University of Light Chemical Technology.Through the study,it is found that the three dimensions of students'advance cognition,teaching implementation and student evaluation are significantly related to curriculum teaching.On the basis of this investigation,this paper will put forward that classroom teaching in colleges and universities should work hard in teaching preparation,innovating teaching ideas and renewing teaching objectives;in the process of teaching implementation,schools should create a good classroom atmosphere,optimize teaching methods and carry out reasonable classroom management;in the stage of teaching evaluation,schools should change the evaluation concept and the evaluation strategy.In particular,attention should be paid to the continuous evaluation of students'participation.
