地方高校工科青年教师课程思政能力提升策略研究 被引量:7

摘要 课程思政建设工作的核心是要发挥每一门课程的育人功能,尤其要注重发挥专业课程的育人功能。做好工科课程思政建设工作关键在于工科教师,有效地提升地方高校工科青年教师课程思政能力,对于整体推进地方工科院校课程思政建设工作具有独特的价值与效能。提升地方高校工科青年教师课程思政能力途径是:一是思想自觉。(1)普及教育理论知识,深化教师角色认同,即通过教学素养、教学知识、教学能力、职业道德的综合系统培训,让地方高校工科青年教师于教育理论中认清教师角色,于教学能力发展中认同多元教师角色,于职业道德养成中强化“传道者”角色意识;(2)强化教育政策宣传,精准把握育人职责,即对地方高校工科青年教师进行高等教育政策的宣讲培训,让他们深入了解高等教育的现实背景,强化教师育人的职责,摆脱摒弃课程教学中单向度的专业知识传授和专业技能培养的本位思想,充分认识到专业课程教学中课程思政建设的重要性;二是行动科学。(1)以课程为依据,挖掘整合专业课程思政教学资源,其中工科专业课程思政教学资源至少包括工程伦理教育、工匠精神教育、科技报国教育等;(2)坚持润物无声,善于运用隐性思想政治教育方法,其中核心要义在于教育主体要依据教育内容和目标,善于运用介体,创设情境,让教育客体在教学活动中产生思想共鸣,喜闻乐见的接受教育信息;三是制度激励。(1)建章立制,将课程思政建设工作置入对地方高校考核评价体系之中;(2)出台政策,将课程思政建设工作纳入对工科教师考核评价体系之中,其主体思路是从职称晋级、教学教改项目、酬金分配等为着力点。课程思政建设工作蕴涵了加强教师德育、强化师德师风的重要意义,是学生德育与教师德育的和谐统一。教师应特别注意从事课程思政建设工作对完善自我和发展自我的重要作用。因此,课程思政建设工作的实效推进,可推动立德树人教育目标的实现,助推教师的自我完善,促进高等教育质量的整体提升。 The core of ideological and political construction via curricula is to give full play to the educational function of each course,especially to give full play to the educational function of professional courses.The key to the ideological and political construction of engineering courses lies in engineering teachers,which can effectively improve the ideological and political ability of young engineering teachers in local universities.It has unique value and efficiency for promoting the ideological and political construction of local engineering colleges and universities as a whole.The ways to improve the ideological and political ability via the curricula of young engineering teachers in local colleges and universities are as follows:The first is ideological consciousness:1)popularizing the educational theory knowledge and deepening the teacher's role identity,that is,through the comprehensive and systematic training of teaching accomplishment,teaching knowledge,teaching ability and professional ethics,the young engineering teachers in local colleges and universities may recognize the teacher's role in the educational theory,identify the multiple teacher's role in the development of teaching ability,and strengthen the role consciousness of"preacher"in the cultivation of professional ethics;2)strengthening the education policy publicity,accurately grasping the responsibility of educating people,that is,we should conduct higher education policy publicity and training for young engineering teachers in local colleges and universities so that they can deeply understand the realistic background of higher education,strengthen the responsibility of teachers to educate people,get rid of the idea of teaching one-way professional knowledge and professional skills,and fully realize the importance of ideological and political construction via curricula in professional curricula teaching.The second is action science:1)mining and integrating the ideological and political teaching resources of professional courses based on curricula,among them,the ideological and political teaching resources of engineering courses include at least engineering ethics education,craftsman spirit education,science and technology serving the country education;2)adhering to the silent transforming influence on students and making use of hidden ideological and political education methods,and the key point is that the educational subject should be good at using the medium and creating the situation according to the educational content and goal so that the educational object can resonate with the thought in the teaching activities and accept the educational information with fun.The third is institutional incentives:1)setting up rules and regulations and putting the ideological and political construction via curricula into the evaluation system of local colleges and universities;2)introducing policies to integrate the ideological and political construction via curricula into the evaluation system of engineering teachers,and its main idea is to take the title promotion,teaching reform projects,and remuneration distribution as the focus.The ideological and political construction via curricula contains the important significance of strengthening teachers'moral education and ethics and is the harmonious unity between students'moral education and teachers'moral education.Teachers should pay special attention to the important role of ideological and political construction in improving themselves and developing themselves.Therefore,the actual effect of the ideological and political construction via curricula can promote the realization of the goal of education,promote the self-improvement of teachers,and promote the overall improvement of the quality of higher education.
