高校哲学社会科学期刊信赖传播现状与效果研究--以法学核心期刊为例

The Present Situation and Effect of Trust Communication of Philosophy and Social Science Journals of Universities--Taking the core journals of law as an example

高校哲学社会科学期刊是高校人才培养、科学研究、学术交流、社会服务的重要传播媒介。促进一流期刊建设尤其是所承载的学科建设,很有必要系统了解其信赖传播现状与效果。一方面能够给研究者及学科建设者提供重要参考,另一方面也可以给高校哲学社会科学期刊各利益相关主体提供有益的启示。以15种法学核心期刊为主要研究对象,以编辑出版体制机制、学科影响力规律为切入点进行考察。研究结果是:(1)期刊编辑出版管理信息披露仍然不够透明;(2)期刊编辑出版网络化和新媒体建设缺乏持续稳定性;(3)大部分期刊重视网络化和微信公众号建设;(4)一些期刊编辑出版体制呈现兼职编辑化;(5)期刊愈加要求作者署名独立化;(6)期刊整体呈现增加篇幅、减少发文量的趋势;(7)期刊编辑出版队伍缺乏编辑出版学的研究;(8)期刊具有主流的、现实性强的热门学科方向;(9)部分期刊尽力推动小众学科的发展;(10)期刊依托本校本单位优势学科方向有积极效应;(11)贴近社会现实需求的交叉、新兴学科方向取得了较好的传播效果;(12)刊发主题领域比较集中的期刊呈现发文量越多被引频次也越高的规律;(13)刊发主题领域比较分散的期刊呈现应用性强学科方向被引频次突出的规律。这些规律就整个高校哲学社会科学期刊体系的共性而言,具有普遍的借鉴与启发意义。研究结果表明,信赖利益关系和结构发挥着显著而深刻的作用,大多数期刊在信赖利益关系的不同维度上付出了极大的艰辛和努力,形成了异彩纷呈的编辑出版思想。高校哲学社会科学期刊要打造好互信互利、合作共赢的信赖利益关系,切实服务于人才培养、科学研究、学术交流、社会服务,并在此基础上不断反思和完善办刊理念、行为与制度。惟其如此,高校哲学社会科学期刊的传播效果和影响力才能持续得到提升,才能更好地完成所承载的功能与使命。

Philosophical and social science periodicals of universities are important media for personnel training,scientific research,academic communication and social service.In order to promote the construction of first-class periodicals,especially the discipline construction,it is necessary to systematically understand the status quo and effects of their trust communication.On the one hand,it can provide important reference for researchers and discipline builders;on the other hand,it can provide beneficial inspiration for the stakeholders of philosophy and social science periodicals of universities.Taking 15 core journals of law as the main research object and taking the influence law of editing and publishing system and mechanism as the entry point,the research results are as follows:(1)The disclosure of management information of journal editing and publishing is still not transparent enough.(2)The network of journal editing and publishing and the construction of new media lack sustained stability.(3)Most journals attach importance to the construction of network and WeChat official accounts.(4)Some periodical editing and publishing systems are becoming part-time editors.(5)Journals are increasingly demanding independent authorship.(6)The overall trend of journals is to increase the length and decrease the number of published articles.(7)The periodical editing and publishing team lacks the research of editing and publishing science.(8)The journal has the mainstream and strong realistic hot subject direction.(9)Some journals try their best to promote the development of minority disciplines.(10)The periodical has positive effects by relying on the superior discipline direction of the university and the unit.(11)The direction of cross and emerging disciplines close to the practical needs of the society has achieved good dissemination effect.(12)The more papers published,the higher the citation frequency of the journals with concentrated subject areas.(13)The periodicals with relatively scattered subject areas have a prominent citation frequency for the subject direction with strong application.In terms of the commonness of the whole journal system of philosophy and social science in colleges and universities,these rules have universal reference and enlightening significance.The results show that trust interest relationship and structure play a significant and profound role,and most journals have made great efforts in different dimensions of trust interest relationship,and formed colorful editorial and publishing ideas.Philosophy and social science journals of universities should build a trust and interest relationship of mutual trust,mutual benefit and win-win cooperation,effectively serve the social service of scientific research and academic exchange of talent cultivation,and on this basis,constantly reflect and perfect the idea,behavior and system of running journals.Only in this way can the dissemination effect and influence of philosophy and social science periodicals in universities be continuously improved,and the functions and missions carried by them can be better fulfilled.
