太阳能电站集热岛数据采集及监控系统的实现

摘要 针对太阳能电站监控数据信息量大、分布广泛等特点,采用eForceCon软件平台和分布式PLC远程控制单元完成太阳能电站镜场分布式数据采集及监控系统的设计.数据传输过程中采用多链路同步交互及多端口分时触发协调通信的设计思想,通过数据监听手段对各层设备间的通信状态进行测试.测试结果表明:上位IO Server和PLC主站采用多链路同步数据交互方式时,上下层间通信的请求、响应错误率为零;PLC主从站之间采用多端口分时触发协调通信时,1 min随机监听周期内,不同端口成功触发的非均衡性小于12.5%.分布式数据采集及监控系统在示范电站长期运行验证,上位IO Server与下位PLC主站、下位PLC主站与从站之间数据交互的实时性、可靠性完全满足实际应用需求. For the characteristics that the monitoring data of solar power station has a large amount of information and is widely distributed,eForceCon software platform and distributed PLC remote control unit were used to design the mirror field distributed data acquisition and monitoring system for solar power plant.In the process of data transmission,multi-link synchronous interaction and multi-port time-sharing trigger coordination communication are adopted.The communication state between devices of each layer is tested by means of data monitoring,the test results show that when the multi-link synchronous data interaction mode was applied between IO Server and PLC master station,the request and response error rate of communication between upper and lower layers is zero,when multi-port time-sharing trigger is used to coordinate communication between PLC master and slave stations,within the 1 min random monitoring period,the non-equilibrium triggered by different ports is less than 12.5%.The distributed data acquisition and monitoring system has been validated in the demonstration plant for a long time,the real-time and reliability of data interaction between upper IO Server and lower PLC master station and between lower PLC master station and slave station fully meet the practical application requirements.
