儿童贫困多维测度、影响因素及政策研究——以甘肃临夏回族自治州为例

Study on Multi-dimensional Measurement,Influencing Factors and Policyof Child Poverty in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province

本文通过问卷调查对甘肃省临夏回族自治州"七县一市"的贫困儿童数据进行收集、筛选,从经济、社会、自然环境、区域位置四个维度将多维贫困指数进行分解,运用"双临界值"研究方法和GIS空间插值法对贫困儿童的多维贫困发生率与儿童多维贫困指数进行可视化分析.结果发现:经济维度对儿童贫困的影响贡献较弱;自然环境与区位条件对儿童贫困的贡献程度最严重;社会维度对儿童的关怀陪伴以及卫生设施、住房条件等因素对儿童贫困的贡献较大.

The data of poverty-stricken children in"seven counties and one city"in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province were collected and screened by questionnaire.The multi-dimensional poverty index was decomposed from four dimensions of economy,society,natural environment and regional location.The research method of"double critical value"and the spatial interpolation method in GIS software were used into the visualized analysis of the incidence of multi-dimensional poverty of poor children and Children′s Multidimensional Poverty Index.The results show that:(1)the impact of economic dimension on children′s poverty is not the main factor leading to children′s poverty;(2)the contribution of natural environment and location conditions to children′s poverty is the most serious;(3)in the social dimension,the degree of care for children,health facilities,housing conditions and other factors contribute more to children′s poverty.
