试论双创教育与学分转换

Discussion on Entrepreneurship and Innovation Education and Credit Transfer

通过梳理学分转换系统学分认定标准、规范性文件及保障机制,分析了欧洲学分转换系统对我国学分制改革的启示。总结我国学分的认定范围、认定要求,并规范双创学分转换申请程序、认定程序。在此基础上归纳出大学生创新创业教育学分认定对照表,将创新创业教育学分划分为A,B两类,A类学分可置换必修课程学分或学位考试成绩,B类学分可置换选修课程学分,进而完善双创教育与人才培养学分置换方法及程序。

This paper sorts out the credit recognition standard,normative document and mechanism guarantee of credit transfer system,analyzes the enlightenment of European credit transfer system to the credit system reform in China,summarizes the scope and requirement of credit recognition in China,and standardizes the application procedure and recognition procedure of entrepreneurship and innovation credit transfer.Then it summarizes the comparison table for credit identification of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and divides innovation and entrepreneurship education into two categories.Category A can be replaced by compulsory course credit or degree examination result,and category B can be replaced by elective course credit.In this way,the method and procedure of credit transfer for innovation and entrepreneurship education and talent cultivation can be improved.
