This paper sums up the main modes of school-enterprise cooperation in local undergraduate universities,points out that there are many contacts between schools and enterprises,but few cooperation projects are signed and landed,then it puts forward some countermeasures to explore the long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation.
