摘要
企业员工绩效网络管理平台是企业日常管理及人力资源管理的重要部分,能够公平、公正地对员工进行考核,营造良好的绩效考核环境,从而有利于优化企业的资源配置,调动员工的工作积极性。因此,开发企业员工绩效网络管理平台具有重要的现实意义。基于此,笔者设计了一个企业员工绩效网络管理平台,能够为企业员工绩效考核和管理提供便利。
The corporate employee performance network management platform is an important part of corporate daily management and human resource management.It can evaluate employees fairly and impartially and create a good performance evaluation environment,which is conducive to optimizing the enterprise's resource allocation and mobilizing employees?enthusiasm for work.Therefore,the development of an enterprise employee performance network management platform has important practical significance.Based on this,the author designed a corporate employee performance network management platform,which can provide convenience for corporate employee performance appraisal and management.
