农村民间借贷现状调查与启示——基于香隅镇和小井镇的对比分析

Investigation and Enlightenment on the Current Situation of Rural Private Lending:Based on the Comparative Analysis of Xiangyu Town and Xiaojing Town

通过对香隅镇和小井镇两地385户农户民间借贷现状的调研结果进行分析,结果表明:无论是在工业带动型还是农业主导型的农村地区,民间借贷都呈现出活跃态势,但两个地区民间借贷在金额、利率和主要用途方面存在较大的不同;工业带动型地区很多农民选择自主创业,但由于基本处于信贷支持的盲区,创业农民成为民间借贷中的借款主力军;农民普遍在借贷过程中存在不签订书面合同等诸多不规范行为。

Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of private lending of 385 households in Xiangyu town and Xiaojing town,the results show that,private lending has shown an active trend both in the industrial-led and agriculture-oriented rural areas.However,there are big differences in the amount,interest rate and main use of private lending in the two regions.In industrial-driven areas,many farmers choose to start their own businesses.However,because they are in the blind zone of credit support,entrepreneurial farmers become the main force of private lending.There are many non-standard behaviors such as not signing written contracts in the process of lending.
