摘要
为了探究Presynch-Ovsynch(PO)程序处理前高产奶牛血浆生化指标对奶牛输精21 d后妊检阴性的风险预警。试验选择奶牛56头,在奶牛产后40 d采集血液用于检测血浆生化指标。在奶牛输精21 d后妊检并根据妊检结果分为P组(妊检阳性,N=26)和N组(妊检阴性,N=30)。应用独立样本t检验,斯皮尔曼相关分析,二元逻辑回归结合ROC分析。结果表明:N组奶牛血浆中HIS、P、BHBA、TG含量极显著高于P组(P<0.01);AST含量显著高于P组(P<0.05);E2、Glu、Se、Mg含量极显著低于P组(P<0.01)。血浆HIS、BHBA、AST、TG、P与21 d妊检阴性呈显著正相关(P<0.05);血浆E2、Glu、Se、Mg与21 d妊检阴性呈显著负相关(P<0.05);血浆E2<46.49 pmol·L^(-1)、Glu<3.59 mmol·L^(-1)、Se<0.58μg·L^(-1)为妊检阴性最佳预警值,因此血浆E2、Glu、Se对PO程序奶牛输精21 d后妊检阴性具有预警意义。
To explore the risk prediction of negative pregnancy test after 21 days of insemination by plasma biochemical indexes of high-yield dairy cows before Presynch-Ovsynch(PO)program treatment,56 high-yield cows were selected.Blood was collected at 40 days postpartum to detect plasma biochemical indexes.According to the results of pregnancy test,the cows were divided into two groups:Group P(pregnancy test positive,N=26)and Group N(pregnancy test negative,N=30).Through independent sample t-test,Spearman correlation analysis,binary logistic regression and ROC analysis.The results showed that HIS,P,BHBA and TG in N group were extremely significantly higher than those in P group(P<0.01);AST in N group was significantly higher than those in P group(P<0.05);E2,Glu,Se,Mg in group N was significantly lower than those in group P(P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between HIS,BHBA,AST,TG,P and 21 d pregnancy test negative(P<0.05);There was a significant negative correlation between E2,Glu,Se,Mg and 21 d pregnancy test negative(P<0.05).E2<46.49 pmol·L^(-1),Glu<3.59 mmol·L^(-1),Se<0.58μg·L^(-1) was the best early warning value for negative pregnancy test.So E2,Glu and Se have early warning significance for negative pregnancy test of 21 days after insemination.
