组织定居T细胞的免疫学特征研究进展

Advances in the Study of the Immunological Characteristics of Tissue-resident Memory T Cells

传统观点认为:淋巴细胞通过淋巴组织和非淋巴组织的循环实现机体免疫调节和防御功能。近年来发现了一群长期定居于外周组织的淋巴细胞群,它们不参与血液循环,无需抗原提成、细胞激活就可以发生快速的免疫应答。本文根据现有研究对组织定居T细胞作一综述,并讨论其生物学特征和免疫功能。

According to the traditional view,lymphocytes realize immune regulation and defense through the circulation of lymphoid and non-lymphoid tissues.In recent years,a group of lymphocytes that have settled in peripheral tissues for a long time have been found,which do not participate in blood circulation and can produce rapid immune response without antigen commission and cell activation.In this paper,based on the existing research,the tissue resident T cells are reviewed,and their biological characteristics and immune functions are discussed.
