摘要
目的:探讨藏药二十五味珊瑚丸中獐牙菜药材名称的准确表述。方法:依据藏医药古籍及现代文献记载、现行药品标准和藏药习用品使用情况进行分析。结果:獐牙菜之名系多种藏药材的总药材名称,不能满足一药一物的要求,因此不宜在国家药品标准中使用。结论:藏药成方制剂中獐牙菜名称,应修订为桑蒂(川西獐牙菜),或甲蒂(印度獐牙菜),或帕蒂(普兰獐牙菜)。
Objective:To discuss the accurate description of the drug name of Zhangyacai in Tibetan medicine of Ershiwuwei Shanhu Pills collected in the Chinese Pharmacopeia.Methods:The analysis was made according to the Tibetan medicine ancient books,recent literatures and current drug standards and common varieties of Tibetan medicine.Results:Zhangyacai is a generic drug name for multiple Tibetan medicines,and it doesn′t meet the requirement of one name matching to one medicine.So it is not appropriate to be used in National Drug Standards.Conclusion:It is recommended to amend the name of Zhangyacai in the preparation prescription of Tibetan medicines as“Sangdi(Swertia mussotii)”or“Jiadi(Swertia chirayita)”or“Padi(Swertia ciliate)”.
