Determination of dimethylamine in drinking water by derivatization-GC-MS

摘要 针对饮用水中二甲胺(DMA)的含量检测建立了一种适合于气相色谱—质谱(GC—MS)的衍生化方法。对预处理的衍生化温度、pH、反应时间以及萃取剂用量进行了优化。优化结果表明,DMA标准溶液处于1.00~100.00 ng/L、100~1000 pg/L时线性关系较好,检出限为0.01 ng/L,加标回收率为98.0%~102.4%,相对标准偏差≤9.29%。优化后的方法检出限低、精密度高、回收率较高,适宜用于饮用水中DMA的检测。 A derivatization method suitable for GC-MS was established for the determination of dimethylamine(DMA)in drinking water.The derivatization temperature,pH,reaction time and extractant dosage in the pretreatment were optimized.The optimization results showed that the linear relationship was good when the DMA standard solution was 1.00-100.00 ng/L and 100-1000 pg/L,the detection limit was 0.01 ng/L,the recovery rate was 98.0%-102.4%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 9.29%.The improved method had low detection limit,high precision and recovery rate,it was suitable for the determination of DMA in drinking water.
