钢铁烧结烟气湿烟羽治理气-液接触传热传质模型及其工程示范 被引量:1

摘要 在钢铁烧结烟气湿烟羽治理过程中,建立了喷淋冷却塔(以下简称喷淋冷塔)内气-液接触传热传质模型,并应用于山东某钢铁烧结厂湿烟羽治理改造项目(以下简称示范工程),对模型的准确性进行了验证,对示范工程的效果进行了评估。结果表明:建立的气-液接触传热传质模型能够较好地应用于湿烟羽治理时的示范工程设计计算;新增喷淋冷塔可实现降温15.0%以上的设计目标,最低排烟温度不低于90℃,能够保证不产生湿烟羽,同时SO_(2)和颗粒物去除效果良好,可以满足生态环境部《关于推进实施钢铁行业超低排放的意见》要求,并且对于日后进一步收紧相关标准也留有足够的减排空间;喷淋冷塔内烟气凝结放热产生的冷凝水量可每年节省水费75.8万元。 In the process of wet plume treatment for steel sintering flue gas,a gas-liquid contact heat and mass transfer model was established.The model was applied in an engineering demonstration of a certain steel sintering plant in Shandong.The accuracy of the model was verified,and the effect of the engineering demonstration was evaluated.Results showed that the proposed model was suitable for design calculation of the wet plume treatment engineering demonstration.The added water cooling tower achieved the temperature reduction design aim of over 15.0%,and the lowest leaching temperature over 90℃,guaranteeing no wet plume produced.At the same time,SO_(2) and particulate matter were well removed,which met the Ministry of Ecology and Environment emission requirement in“Opinions on promoting the implementation of ultra-low emissions in the steel industry”with enough space for further emission reduction if requirement strengthened.The condensating water from water cooling tower due to heat release process could help to save water fee about 758000 yuan.
