针刺联合逍遥丸治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性疲劳综合征临床效果观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency with acupuncture and Xiaoyao pill

目的:探讨针刺联合逍遥丸治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性疲劳综合征临床效果。方法:选取2019年2月~2020年10月收治的128例肝郁脾虚型慢性疲劳综合征患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组仅给予逍遥丸治疗,观察组联合针刺治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后免疫功能、疲劳症状评分及中医症状评分。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率为93.75%与对照组(81.25%)比较显著提高(P<0.05);治疗前两组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+指标水平、疲劳症状评估及中医症状评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+指标水平及疲劳症状评分改善更显著(P<0.05),气短、身疲、乏力、盗汗、懒言等中医症状评分下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合逍遥丸治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性疲劳征临床疗效更加显著,缓解患者临床症状,促进患者免疫功能的改善。

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with Xiaoyao Pills in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome with liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods:128 patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency chronic fatigue syndrome admitted from February 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given Xiaoyao pills only,and the observation group was combined with acupuncture.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,and the immune function,fatigue symptom scores and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment were compared.Results:Compared with the control group(81.25%),the total clinical effeciency rate in the observation group(93.75%)was significantly improved(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+index levels,fatigue symptom assessment and TCM symptom score(P>0.05).After treatment,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+index levels and fatigue symptom scores in the observation group improved significantly(P<0.05),and the scores of TCM symptoms such as shortness of breath,fatigue,night sweats,and lack of energy decreased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Xiaoyao Pills has a more significant clinical effect in treating chronic fatigue syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,relieves the clinical symptoms of patients,and promotes the improvement of patients'immune function.
