摘要
目的:调查本科医学生翻转课堂自主学习准备度的现状及其影响因素。方法:采用中文版自主学习准备度量表对648名本科医学生进行调查。结果:本科医学生自主学习准备度得分为(143.33±19.75)分,其中≥160分的有88名(13.58%)。影响因素为对网络教学资料使用操作熟练的程度、与小组合作同学关系、年级、参加其他类型混合式教学经历(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:本科医学生翻转课堂的自主学习准备度偏低,医学教育者可通过翻转课堂内容和形式的改进,培养学生的学习兴趣、自我管理和自我控制能力等方法来提高自主学习准备度。
Objective: To investigate the status and influencing factors of self-directed learning readiness of undergraduate medical students in the flipped classroom. Methods: 648 undergraduate medical students were investigate using the Self-Directed Learning Readiness Scale.Results: The total score of self-directed learning readiness was(143.33±19.75)among undergraduate medical students and 88 students(13.58%)scored over 160 points. The influencing factors of self-directed learning readiness were grade level, relationship with groupmates, participation in other types of mixed teaching experience, computer or mobile phone viewing or data status, and proficiency in the use of online teaching materials(P<0.01或P<0.05). Conclusion: Self-directed learning readiness is at low level among undergraduate medical students. Medical educators can improve the content and form of the flipped classroom, cultivating students’ self-management and self-control ability through the psychological level of the students to promote self-directed learning readiness.
