摘要
目的:探讨护理能力本位理念下案例教学法在妇科护理带教中的应用。方法:将妇科实习生100名分为实验组和对照组,各50名。实验组实施护理能力本位理念下的案例教学,对照组实施传统带教模式。比较两组带教质量评分及评判性思维能力量表评分。结果:带教后实验组病情观察评估能力、专业知识点掌握、应变处理能力及开放思想、系统化能力、寻找真相等指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理能力本位理念的案例教学有利于提高妇科护理带教质量及实习生评判思维能力。
Objective: To explore the application of case-based learning on nursing teaching under the concept of competency-based education in gynaecology. Methods: Totally 100 nursing students in gynaecology were enrolled, then were divided into the experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The observation group received case-based learning under the concept of competency-based teaching, and the control group received the conventional teaching. The differences of teaching quality and the critical thinking ability were compared. Results: After teaching, The ability for observation and assessment of disease, mastering of professional knowledges, emergency handling ability and the open-minded, systematic ability, truth seeking and so on in observation group were higher than those in the control group, these differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The case-based learning under the concept of competency-based teaching can improve the quality of nursing teaching, critical thinking ability.
