摘要
目的:探讨利用常规教学方式以及导师制带教方式对于口腔医学生在数字化诊疗中心实习中的应用及实习效果分析对比研究。方法:选取40名在本院口腔数字化诊疗中心实习的口腔医学专业本科生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,并进行口腔数字化教学工作。根据两组出科时考试成绩指标以及学生满意度展开统计学分析。结果:实验组期末不及格率明显较对照组低(P<0.05);优秀率明显较对照组高(P<0.05)。实验组学生对于带教方式的满意度高于对照组。结论:导师带教制教学方式更加符合口腔数字化医学教育的趋势,具有广泛推广的可能性。
Objective: To compare the educational effect and outcome between conventional teaching method and tutorial system approach for preclinical students which undergo the internship in the digital diagnosis and treatment center. Methods: Forty students were randomly divided into two groups, then each of group were receiving dental digital curriculum, which were performed by conventional teaching method and tutorial system approach, respectively. Education efficacy was investigated statistically on the base of examination results and satisfaction surveys were also carried out. Results: Statistical significance could be found between two methods regarding education efficacy, and the tutorial system approach group turned out to show a lower failure rate and higher excellent rate(P<0.05), moreover, students tended to prefer the tutorial system than conventional one. Conclusion: Tutorial system approach achieves excellent education efficacy, having advantages over conventional teaching method, which could provide a prospective tool for dental education.
