摘要
本文针对料架设计了一款智能存储库,该库能实现料架全自动出入,出入口设计能满足人工手动和AGV自动存取两种方式。该存储库主体框架采用铝型材搭建,大大减轻了设备的重量,可放置于楼板承载能力较低的楼层。整个设备采用伺服驱动系统,存取速度快,定位精确。此外针对料架高度较高,重心不稳的问题设计了防倾倒机构。
In this paper,an intelligent repository is designed for the material rack,this repository can realize automatic inbound and outbound,the design can satisfy two ways of manual access and AGV automatic access.The main body of the repository is constructed with aluminum profiles,which greatly reduces the weight of the repository and can be placed on floors with low carrying capacity.The whole equipment adopts servo drive system with fast access speed and accurate positioning.In addition,the anti-dumping mechanism is designed for the problem of high material frame height and unstable center of gravity.
