核心能力培训对神经外科护士急救能力的影响

The Influence of Core Competence Training on the Emergency Ability of Neurosurgery Nurses

目的探究核心能力培训对神经外科护士急救能力的影响。方法选取2019年1—12月期间在该科就职的12名护士为研究对象,2019年1—6月实施常规培训,2019年7—12月实施核心能力培训,比较培训前后护士的急救能力以及核心能力变化情况。结果实施核心能力培训后,护士的应急判断能力、综合分析能力、抢救措施方式以及合理使用抢救设备评分均高于实施核心能力培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且实施核心能力培训后护士的领导能力、人际关系、专业发展、教育咨询评分均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对神经外科护士实施核心能力培训,可有效提高护士的急救能力以及专业核心能力,使急救工作变得更加细致化、专业化。

Objective To explore the impact of core competence training on the first aid ability of neurosurgery nurses.Methods Selected 12 nurses who worked in the department from January to December 2019 as the research objects.Routine training will be carried out from January to June 2019,and core competence training will be carried out from July to December 2019.Compared the nurses'first aid ability and core ability changes before and after training.Results After the implementation of core competence training,the nurses'emergency judgment ability,comprehensive analysis ability,rescue measures and rational use of rescue equipment scores were all higher than before the implementation of core competence training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And after the implementation of core competence training,the nurses'leadership,interpersonal relationship,professional development,and educational consulting scores were all higher than before the training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing core competence training for neurosurgery nurses can effectively improve nurses'first aid and professional core competence,and make emergency work more detailed and professional.
