临床路径以及目标教学在妇科手术室护理带教中的应用价值研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究在妇科手术室护理带教中采用临床路径和目标教学的应用效果。方法研究对象为聊城市人民医院手术室实习护理人员,共48名,研究时间为2019年2月—2020年2月,按照不同的带教方式分组,实验组护士采用临床路径和目标教学,对照组患者采用传统护理带教方法,对比效果。结果实验组护士教学基本流程评分、手术护理要点评分、手术护理熟练度、无菌观念评分、风险意识评分、职业防护评分等高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护士理论知识成绩、基础考核成绩、专业操作成绩等高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科手术室护理带教中采用临床路径和目标教学,能明显提升教学质量,并对实习护理人员的学习成绩进行改善。 Objective To explore the application effect of clinical path and target teaching in nursing teaching in gynecological operating room.Methods The subjects of the study were nurse nurses in the operating room of Liaocheng People’s Hospital.A total of 48 cases were selected.The study period was from February 2019 to February 2020.They were grouped according to different teaching methods.The experimental group nurses adopted clinical pathways and targeted teaching.Patients in the control group used traditional nursing teaching methods to compare the effects.Results The experimental group nurses'basic teaching process score,surgical nursing essential score,surgical nursing proficiency,sterile concept score,risk awareness score,occupational protection score,etc.were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the experimental group nurses'theoretical knowledge scores,basic assessment scores,professional operation scores,etc.were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of clinical pathways and target teaching in nursing teaching in gynecological operating rooms can significantly improve the quality of teaching and improve the academic performance of nurse practitioners.
