临床护士综合能力考核在年轻护士规范化培训中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of Clinical Nurses'Comprehensive Ability Assessment in Standardized Training of Young Nurses

目的临床护士综合能力考核在年轻护士规范化培训中的应用效果观察。方法选择该单位2017年1—12月间参加护士规培工作的学员共123名,作为观察组,提供为期两周的岗前培训、护理操作培训,给予床边综合能力考核;选择该单位2016年1—12月间参加护士规培工作的学员共137名,作为对照组,实施传统式考核,比较两组护士自身综合能力与考核方法认可度。结果观察组护士巩固理论知识、培养解决问题能力、培养沟通交际能力、增强学习主观能动性、提高观察病情能力、提高技术操作能力、提升评判性思维能力占比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士对考核方法认可度99.19%,高于对照组75.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论年轻护士规范化培训中应用临床护士综合能力考核可提高护士业务素质、理论知识水平、实践能力、沟通能力、技术能力等。

Objective To observe the effect of clinical nurses'comprehensive ability assessment in standardized training of young nurses.Methods A total of 123 trainees who participated in the training of nurses from January to December 2017 were selected in the unit as an observation group,providing two weeks of pre-job training,nursing operation training,and bedside comprehensive ability assessment;selected a total of 137 trainees participated in the training of nurses in the unit from January to December 2016 as a control group,they implemented traditional assessments and compared the two groups of nurses'comprehensive ability and assessment method recognition.Results The proportion of nurses in the observation group to consolidate theoretical knowledge,cultivate problem-solving skills,cultivate communication skills,enhance learning initiative,improve disease observation skills,improve technical operation skills,and improve critical thinking skills were all higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nurses in the observation group recognized 99.19%of the assessment methods,which was higher than 75.91%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive ability assessment of clinical nurses in standardized training of young nurses can improve nurses'professional quality,theoretical knowledge level,practical ability,communication ability,technical ability and so on.
