摘要
随着我国社会经济的发展和医改进程的加快,医务人员的工作强度和工作压力日益增加,职业倦怠现象日趋严重。职业倦怠不仅有损医务人员个人健康,影响工作效率和工作质量,更是直接对医患关系产生负面影响。该文以马斯洛需求层次理论为切入点,探讨医务人员职业倦怠现状及主要影响因素,为建立医务人员职业倦怠干预机制提供对策建议。
With the development of our country's social economy and the acceleration of medical improvement,the work intensity and work pressure of medical staff are increasing,and the phenomenon of job burnout is getting worse.Occupational burnout not only harms the personal health of medical staff,affects work efficiency and work quality,but also directly negatively affects the doctor-patient relationship.This article uses Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory as the starting point to discuss the current situation of medical staff's job burnout and its main influencing factors,and provide countermeasures and suggestions for establishing medical staff's job burnout intervention mechanism.
