医院科研管理中渗透精细化管理理念的反思探索

Rethinking and Exploring the Infiltration of Refined Management Concepts in Hospital Scientific Research Management

人才建设是企业生存的关键因素,而正确的政策导向是企业发展的前提条件,良好的学术环节又是企业竞争力的基础保障。在科研管理过程中,精细化管理有着较高的层次,更是医院现代化管理的全新标准。笔者以精细化管理在医院科研管理中的重要意义为切入点,并从四大方面提出了精细化管理,在医院科研管理中的实践应用,希望对同行工作者能有所助益。

Talent construction is the key factor for the survival of an enterprise,and the correct policy orientation is the prerequisite for the development of an enterprise,and a good academic link is the basic guarantee for the competitiveness of an enterprise.In the process of scientific research management,refined management has a higher level,and it is a new standard for modern hospital management.The author takes the importance of refined management in hospital scientific research management as an entry point,and proposes refined management from four major aspects.The practical application of refined management in hospital scientific research management hopes that it will be helpful to fellow workers.
