摘要
卓越绩效模式是在世界范围内被广为认可的综合性组织绩效管理的有效工具和方法,已被很多的企业采纳,近年来逐渐运用于医学教育中。该文通过分析目前医学临床教学中存在的问题,从基地实习医院的视角,结合该院实际情况,探索利用卓越绩效模式来改革现有医院实践教学质量的管理方法,促进教育质量提高,从而达到培养具有岗位胜任力的合格医学生的目的。
Excellent performance model is an effective tool and method for comprehensive organizational performance management that is widely recognized worldwide.It has been adopted by many companies and has been gradually used in medical education in recent years.This article analyzes the existing problems in the current medical clinical teaching,from the perspective of the base practice hospital,combined with the actual situation of our hospital,explores the use of excellent performance models to reform the management methods of the existing hospital practice teaching quality,promote the improvement of education quality,and achieve training purpose of qualified medical students with job competence.
