实物模型在普通外科临床实践教学的应用

摘要 目的探讨实物模型在普通外科临床实践教学的应用效果。方法2019年10—11月选取该院2017级临床医学专业本科学生83名,随机分为实验组41名和对照组42名。对照组仅采用传统的教学方法。实验组则采用“传统教学方法+实物模型”进行教学。教学后进行理论知识及病例分析考核。并且对两组学生问卷调查,在学习兴趣、理论联系实际、学习效率、解剖结构的掌握等4个方面对学生的掌握情况进行了解。结果在理论知识考试及病例分析成绩方面,理论知识考核成绩均高于对照组(90.30±2.87)分vs(79.70±2.83)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.320,P<0.05)。在病例分析方面实验组成绩明显高于对照组(87.90±2.08)分vs(77.70±1.89)分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.480,P<0.05)。在调查问卷方面,实验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用实物模型教学在提高教学质量、增强学生兴趣、提高教学满意度等方面存在优势。 Objective To explore the application effect of physical model in clinical practice teaching of general surgery.Methods A total of 83 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine in the hospital from October to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group of 41 and a control group of 42.The control group only used traditional teaching methods.The experimental group used"traditional teaching methods+physical models"for teaching.After teaching,the conduct theoretical knowledge and case analysis and assessment.In addition,the two groups of students were surveyed by questionnaires to understand the students’mastery in four aspects:learning interest,integrating theory with practice,learning efficiency,and mastering anatomical structure.Results In terms of the theoretical knowledge test and case analysis scores,the theoretical knowledge test scores were higher than those of the control group,(90.30±2.87)points vs(79.70±2.83)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.320,P<0.05).In case analysis,the results of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with(87.90±2.08)points vs(77.70±1.89)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.480,P<0.05).In terms of questionnaires,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of physical model teaching has advantages in improving teaching quality,enhancing students'interest,and improving teaching satisfaction.
