探讨穴位敷贴联合人参五味子汤加减治疗小儿哮喘缓解期的临床效果

Exploration on the Clinical Effect of Acupoint Application Combined with Ginseng Wuweizi Decoction in the Treatment of Children with Asthma in Remission Period

目的探讨穴位敷贴联合人参五味子汤加减治疗小儿哮喘缓解期的临床效果。方法选取该院接收的72例哮喘缓解期患儿作为研究对象,纳入时间为2014年8月—2019年8月,随机将患儿分为试验组37例,对照组35例。对照组雾化吸入布地奈德进行治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加入穴位敷贴联合人参五味子汤加减治疗,比较两组患儿不同时间发作哮喘次数、血清IgA、IgG水平变化。结果经过治疗,试验组患儿发作哮喘次数明显少于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过持续治疗试验组4周后血清IgA为(0.93±0.38)g/L、12周后为(1.18±0.41)g/L、24周后为(1.35±0.44)g/L,IgG4周后为(9.88±1.77)g/L、12周后为(11.89±2.93)g/L、24周后为(13.51±3.00)g/L,血清IgA与IgG水平逐渐上升,且不同时间点均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(血清IgA4周t=3.581,P<0.05;12周t=6.153,P<0.05;24周t=7.143,P<0.05;血清IgG4周t=4.370,P<0.05;12周t=5.846,P<0.05;24周t=6.531,P<0.05)。结论小儿哮喘缓解期应用穴位敷贴联合人参五味子加减治疗可有效提升患儿免疫力,减少患儿发作哮喘次数。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with Ginseng Wuweizi Decoction in the treatment of children with asthma during the remission period.Methods A total of 72 children with asthma in remission received in the hospital were selected as the research objects.The enrollment period was from August 2014 to August 2019.The children were randomly divided into a test group of 37 cases and a control group of 35 cases.The control group was treated with aerosol inhalation of budesonide,and the experimental group was added with acupoint application combined with ginseng Wuweizi decoction on the basis of the control group.The number of asthma attacks and the changes in serum IgA and IgG levels were compared between the two groups of children at different times.Results After treatment,the number of asthma attacks in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the serum IgA in the experimental group was(0.93±0.38)g/L,and after 12 weeks(1.18±0.41)g/L,(1.35±0.44)g/L after 24 weeks,(9.88±1.77)g/L after 4 weeks,(11.89±2.93)g/L after 12 weeks,after 24 weeks,it was(13.51±3.00)g/L,serum IgA and IgG levels gradually increased,and were higher than the control group at different time points,the difference was statistically significant(serum IgA 4 weeks t=3.581,P<0.05;12 weeks t=6.153,P<0.05;24 weeks t=7.143,P<0.05;serum IgG 4 weeks t=4.370,P<0.05;12 weeks t=5.846,P<0.05;24 weeks t=6.531,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint application combined with ginseng schisandra chinensis in the remission period of children with asthma can effectively enhance the immunity of children and reduce the number of asthma attacks in children.
