甲泼尼龙不同用法对小儿重症过敏性紫癜临床有效率及对其体征恢复时间影响分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effective Rate of Different Usages of Methylprednisolone on Severe Allergic Purpura in Children and Its Effect on the Recovery Time of Signs

目的探究甲泼尼龙不同用法对小儿重症过敏性紫癜临床有效率及对其体征恢复时间的影响。方法抽取2019年1月—2020年1月在该院接受治疗的重症过敏性紫癜患儿78例为研究对象,根据其住院先后顺序从1~78编号,再按等差数列首项为1,公差为2的方式将78例患儿平均分为两组,即对照组与实验组,每组39例。对照组予以常规甲泼尼龙治疗,实验组甲泼尼龙用量逐渐递减,对比两组患儿治疗效果以及各项体征恢复情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率94.87%高于对照组79.48%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.129,P<0.05);实验组患儿消化道出血恢复时间(2.14±0.78)d、腹痛恢复时间(2.77±0.36)d、皮疹恢复时间(6.82±1.32)d、关节肿痛恢复时间(2.83±0.75)d、肾损害恢复时间(6.35±0.82)d均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.720、12.440、10.720、11.420、8.360,P<0.05)。结论甲泼尼龙不同用法对重症过敏性紫癜患儿治疗效果也不同,采用递减式治疗法能够提升临床治疗效果,缩短各项体征恢复时间。

Objective To explore the effect of different usages of methylprednisolone on the clinical effectiveness of severe allergic purpura in children and its effect on the recovery time of signs.Methods A total of 78 children with severe allergic purpura who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were numbered from 1-78 according to the order of hospitalization,and the first item in the arithmetic sequence was 1,a tolerance of 2,78 children were equally divided into two groups,namely the control group and the experimental group,with 39 children in each group.The control group was treated with conventional methylprednisolone,and the amount of methylprednisolone in the experimental group gradually decreased.The treatment effect and the recovery of various signs of the two groups of children were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 94.87% higher than that in the control group,79.48%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.129,P<0.05,);the children in the experimental group had gastrointestinal bleeding recovery time(2.14±0.78)d and abdominal pain recovery time(2.77±0.36)d,rash recovery time(6.82±1.32)d,joint swelling and pain recovery time(2.83±0.75)d,renal damage recovery time(6.35±0.82)d were shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.720,12.440,10.720,11.420,8.360,P<0.05).Conclusion The different usages of methylprednisolone have different therapeutic effects on children with severe allergic purpura.The use of declining therapy can improve the clinical treatment effect and shorten the recovery time of various signs.
