广东茂名地区不同年龄段孕妇维生素D含量水平分布研究

Study on the Distribution of Vitamin D Levels in Pregnant Women of Different Ages in Maoming,Guangdong

目的对广东茂名地区不同年龄段孕妇妇25-羟维生素D含量水平分布情况进行调查,为育龄妇女维生素D补充提供依据。方法选取2018年12月—2020年1月广东茂名地区500名产检孕妇作为研究对象,按照年龄分为<25岁组、25~29岁组、30~35岁组、>35岁组各125名,比较4组孕妇的维生素D含量。结果4组孕妇评价维生素D含量水平均处于不足状态,<25岁组25-(OH)D含量相对均衡的人数比例最大,>35岁组25-(OH)D含量相对缺乏的人数比例最大。结论广东茂名地区不同年龄段孕妇均存在25-(OH)D含量缺乏或不足情况,进行25-(OH)D水平进行早期筛选及干预对于提高孕妇与胎儿的健康预期具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the distribution of 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in pregnant women of different ages in Maoming,Guangdong,and to provide a basis for vitamin D supplementation in women of childbearing age.Methods From December 2018 to January 2020,500 pregnant women undergoing maternity check-ups in Maoming,Guangdong were selected as the research objects.According to their age,they were divided into groups less than 25 years old,25-29 years old,30-35 years old,and more than 35 years old,125 cases each,compare the vitamin D content of the four groups of pregnant women.Results The four groups of pregnant women evaluated that the vitamin D content was in a state of insufficiency.The proportion of people younger than 25 years old with relatively balanced 25-(OH)D content was the largest,and the proportion of people older than 35 years old was relatively deficient in 25-(OH)D.Conclusion Pregnant women of different ages in Maoming,Guangdong are lacking or insufficient in 25-(OH)D levels.Early screening and intervention of 25-(OH)D levels is of great significance for improving the health expectations of pregnant women and fetuses.
