手术室护理中实施人性化护理对护理满意度及术后并发症影响

The Effect of Humanized Nursing in Operating Room Nursing on Nursing Satisfaction and Postoperative Complications

目的探究手术室护理中实施人性化护理对患者护理满意度以及术后并发症发生率的影响。方法择选2019年1月—2020年1月该院外科收治的手术患者80例为研究对象,由计算机系统乱序随机分为研究组和对照组,两组患者例数均等。其中,对照组患者行常规手术室护理,研究组在常规手术室护理基础上行人性化护理。护理后,分别就两组患者的护理满意度和术后并发症发生情况进行对比。结果研究组40例患者中仅1例不满意,护理满意度为97.5%,对照组40例患者中9例不满意,护理满意度为77.5%,研究组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05);术后并发症方面,研究组40例患者仅有1例患者出现低体温表现,术后并发症发生率为2.5%,对照组40例患者中分别有2例、3例和2例患者出现低体温、延迟苏醒和术后感染问题,术后并发症发生率为17.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理中开展人性化护理,可以进一步突出患者中心地位,提高患者护理满意度,减少术后并发症,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the impact of humanized nursing in operating room nursing on patient care satisfaction and postoperative complications.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,80 surgical patients admitted to the surgery of the hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group by the computer system.The number of patients in the two groups was equal.Among them,patients in the control group underwent routine operating room nursing,and the research group performed humanized nursing based on routine operating room nursing.After nursing,the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients and the occurrence of postoperative complications were compared.Results Only 1 out of 40 patients in the study group expressed dissatisfaction with a nursing satisfaction rate of 97.5%,while 9 out of 40 patients in the control group expressed dissatisfaction with a nursing satisfaction rate of 77.5%.Nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05);in terms of postoperative complications,only 1 patient in the 40 patients in the study group had hypothermia,and the incidence of postoperative complications 2 cases,3 cases,and 2 cases of 40 patients in the control group had hypothermia,delayed recovery and postoperative infection problems,respectively.The postoperative complication rate was 17.5%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out humanized nursing in operating room nursing can further highlight the patient's central position,improve patient care satisfaction,reduce postoperative complications,and have high application value.
