超声弹性成像、X线钼靶与超声引导下穿刺活检在BI-RADS 4类乳腺肿块鉴别诊断中的价值

Value of Ultrasound Elastography, Mammography and Ultrasound-Guided Puncture Biopsy in Differential Diagnosis of FourTypes of Breast Masses in BI-RADS

目的探讨超声弹性成像、 X线钼靶与超声引导下穿刺活检在BI-RADS 4类乳腺肿块鉴别诊断中的价值。方法选取2018年8月至2020年8月我院收治的乳腺肿块患者60例,均进行超声弹性成像、 X线钼靶、超声引导下穿刺活检检查,比较三种检查方式的阳性预测值、阴性预测值、敏感性、特异性、准确性。结果超声引导下穿刺活检的阳性预测值、阴性预测值、敏感性、特异性、准确性略高于X线钼靶、超声弹性成像,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声弹性成像、 X线钼靶、超声引导下穿刺活检对BI-RADS 4类乳腺肿块均有良好的诊断效果,且超声引导下穿刺活检的准确性更高。

Objective To explore the value of ultrasound elastography,mammography and ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy in differential diagnosis of four types of breast masses in BI-RADS.Methods 60 patients with breast masses admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected.All cases underwent ultrasound elastography,mammography and ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy examinations.The positive predictive value,negative predictive value,sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the three examination methods were compared.Results The positive predictive value,negative predictive value,sensitivity,specificity and accuracy ofultrasound-guided puncture biopsy were slightly higher than those of mammography and ultrasound elastography,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound elastography,mammography and ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy have good diagnostic effect on the four types of breast masses in BI-RADS,and the accuracy of ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy is higher.
