地屈孕酮治疗早孕期出血的疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Dydrogesterone in the Treatment of Hemorrhage at Early Pregnancy

目的探讨地屈孕酮治疗早孕期出血的疗效。方法 100例早孕期出血患者随机分为两组各50例,对照组口服黄体酮胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服地屈孕酮治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、安全性以及治疗前后的β-HCG、 E2、 P水平。结果治疗7 d后,观察组的保胎成功率以及血清β-HCG、 E2、 P水平均显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论地屈孕酮治疗早孕期出血的效果好,可提高孕妇血清孕酮水平,改善临床症状,提高保胎成功率,且安全性高。

Objective To explore the efficacy of dydrogesterone in the treatment of hemorrhage at early pregnancy.Methods 100 patients with hemorrhage at early pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral progesterone capsule,and the observation group was treated with oral dydrogesterone on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,safety,and the levels ofβ-HCG,E2 and P before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of treatment,the success rate of fetal preservation and the levels of serumβ-HCG,E2 and P in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Dydrogesterone in the treatment of hemorrhage at early pregnancy has good effect and high safety,which can increase the serum progesterone level of pregnant women,improve the clinical symptoms,and improve the success rate of fetal preservation.
