去氧孕烯炔雌醇片联合LNG-IUS对排卵障碍性异常子宫出血患者PBAC评分及性激素水平的影响

Impact of Desogestrel-Ethinylestradiol Tablets Combined with LNG-IUS on PBAC score and Sex Hormone Levels in Patientswith Ovulation Disorder Induced Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

目的探讨去氧孕烯炔雌醇片联合LNG-IUS治疗排卵障碍性异常子宫出血患者的效果。方法 70例排卵障碍性异常子宫出血患者随机分为两组各35例,对照组口服去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上放置LNG-IUS。比较两组的PBAC评分及性激素水平。结果治疗6个月后,两组的PBAC评分以及E2、 LH、 FSH水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组的PBAC评分以及E2、 LH、 FSH水平均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论去氧孕烯炔雌醇片联合LNG-IUS治疗排卵障碍性异常子宫出血可降低患者PBAC评分及性激素水平,促进患者康复。

Objective To explore the effect of desogestrel-ethinylestradiol tablets combined with LNG-IUS in the treatment of patients with ovulation disorder induced abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 70 patients with ovulation disorder induced abnormal uterine bleeding were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated desogestrel-ethinylestradiol tablets orally,and the observation group was placed with LNG-IUS on the basis of the control group.The PBAC score and sex hormone levels were compared between two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,the PBAC score and levels of E2,LH and FSH in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the PBAC score and levels of E2,LH and FSH of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Desogestrel-ethinylestradiol tablets combined with LNG-IUS in the treatment of ovulation disorder induced abnormal uterine bleeding can reduce patients'PBAC score and sex hormone levels,and promote patients'recovery.
