血脑钠肽与同型半胱氨酸检测在急性冠状动脉综合征诊断中的应用

摘要 目的探讨血脑钠肽(BNP)与同型半胱氨酸(HCY)检测在急性冠状动脉综合征诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2017年8月至2019年7月我院收治的80例急性冠状动脉综合征患者作为观察组,同期80名健康人员作为对照组,比较两组的血BNP和HCY浓度,比较观察组不同疾病类型患者的血BNP与HCY浓度。结果观察组患者的血BNP与HCY浓度分别为(360.5±100.4) ng/L和(18.7±5.6)μmol/L,显著高于对照组的(37.8±14.6) ng/L和(10.1±4.2)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组中,急性心肌梗死患者的血BNP与HCY浓度显著高于稳定型心绞痛患者与不稳定型心绞痛患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论血BNP与HCY检测对于急性冠状动脉综合征的诊断具有较高的价值,值得临床应用推广。 Objective To explore the application value of blood brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and homocysteine(HCY)detection in the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome.Methods 80 patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 80 healthy people at the same period were selected as the control group.The blood BNP and HCY concentrations were compared between two groups,and the blood BNP and HCY concentrations in patients with different disease types in the observation group were compared.Results The blood BNP and HCY concentrations in the observation group were(360.5±100.4)ng/L and(18.7±5.6)μmol/L respectively,significantly higher than(37.8±14.6)ng/L and(10.1±4.2)μmol/L in the control group,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In the observation group,the blood BNP and HCY concentrations in patients with acute myocardial infarction were significantly higher than those in patients with stable angina pectoris and patients with unstable angina pectoris,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The detection of blood BNP and HCY is of high value in the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
