个性化护理在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of Individualized Nursing in Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

目的探讨个性化护理在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月至2020年1月我院收治的股骨颈骨折患者98例,随机分为两组各49例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予个性化护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,研究组的SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后1个月、3个月、6个月,研究组的Harris评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,护理满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理应用于股骨颈骨折患者中能够有效减轻其焦虑、抑郁情绪,促进髋关节功能恢复,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of individualized nursing in patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods 98 patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 49 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received individualized nursing.The nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of study group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The Harris scores at 1,3 and 6 months after nursing of study group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of study group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the score of nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Individualized nursing applied in patients with femoral neck fracture can effectively relieve their anxiety and depression emotions,promote the recovery of hip joint function,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction degree.
