集束化护理对腹泻患儿双歧杆菌治疗效果与不良反应的影响

Impact of Cluster Nursing on Treatment Effect and Adverse Reactions of Bifidobacteria in Children with Diarrhea

目的探讨集束化护理对腹泻患儿双歧杆菌治疗效果与不良反应的影响。方法 104例腹泻患儿随机分为两组各52例,两组均应用双歧杆菌治疗,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予集束化护理,比较两组的肠道菌群数量、临床症状改善时间、疗效及不良反应。结果研究组护理后的乳杆菌、肠球菌、双歧杆菌数量均多于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组的退热时间、大便性状改善时间、止泻时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组的总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论集束化护理可有效提高腹泻患儿双歧杆菌的治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,改善肠道菌群。

Objective To explore the impact of cluster nursing on treatment effect and adverse reactions of bifidobacteria in children with diarrhea.Methods 104 children with diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups,with 52 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with bifidobacteria.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given cluster nursing.The number of intestinal flora,clinical symptom improvement time,efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After nursing,the number of lactobacillus,enterococcus and bifidobacterium in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The antipyretic time,improvement time of fecal traits,diarrhea stopping time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cluster nursing can effectively improve the treatment effect of bifidobacteria in children with diarrhea,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve intestinal flora.
