优质护理干预对采血后皮下血肿形成的预防效果观察

Observation on the Preventive Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention on Subcutaneous Hematoma Formation AfterBlood Collection

目的探讨优质护理干预对采血后皮下血肿形成的预防效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月于我院接受采血的患者100例作为对照组,予以常规护理;选取2019年1月至2019年12月于我院接受采血的患者100例作为观察组,予以优质护理干预。比较两组的采血后皮下血肿发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组的采血后皮下血肿发生率为1.00%,显著低于对照组的8.00%(P <0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为98.00%,显著高于对照组的87.00%(P <0.05)。结论优质护理干预能够有效降低患者采血后皮下血肿发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the preventive effect of high quality nursing intervention on subcutaneous hematoma formation after blood collection.Methods 100 patients who received blood collection in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the control group,and were given routine nursing;100 patients who received blood collection in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,and were given high quality nursing intervention.The incidence of subcutaneous hematoma after blood collection and the nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of subcutaneous hematoma after blood collection of the observation group was 1.00%,significantly lower than 8.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 98.00%,significantly higher than 87.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High quality nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of subcutaneous hematoma after blood collection and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
