摘要
目的探讨健商理念下的健康教育对支气管哮喘患者疾病认知及生活质量的影响。方法 92例支气管哮喘患者随机分为两组各46例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予健商理念下的健康教育。比较两组干预前后的疾病认知程度及生活质量。结果干预6个月后,观察组的疾病认知程度评分及AQLQ评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论健商理念下的健康教育可有效提高支气管哮喘患者的疾病认知程度,改善其生活质量。
Objective To explore the impact of health education under health quotient concept on the disease cognition and quality of life of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 92 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups,with 46 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given health education under health quotient concept on the basis of the control group.The disease cognition degree and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Results After 6 months of intervention,the disease cognition degree score and AQLQ score of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Health education under health quotient concept can effectively improve the disease cognition degree and quality of life of patients with bronchial asthma.
