细节化优质护理对脑梗死偏瘫患者的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Detailed Quality Nursing on Cerebral Infarction Patients with Hemiplegia

目的探讨细节化优质护理对脑梗死偏瘫患者的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月至2020年1月我院收治的140例脑梗死偏瘫患者,随机分为两组各70例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予细节化优质护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,研究组的BI评分、 FMA评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组的偏瘫肢体恢复率、吞咽功能恢复率、压疮愈合率均显著高于对照组,肺部感染率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论细节化优质护理应用于脑梗死偏瘫患者能够有效改善预后,改善偏瘫症状,提升护理效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of detailed quality nursing on cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia.Methods 140 cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given detailed quality nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the BI score and FMA score of study group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The recovery rate of hemiplegic limbs,the recovery rate of swallowing function and the healing rate of pressure sores of study group were significantly higher than those of control group,and the pulmonary infection rate was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Detailed quality nursing applied in cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia can effectively improve the prognosis,improve hemiplegia symptoms,and improve the nursing effect.
