藏族传统法律课程教学与研究——访西南民族大学索南才让教授

The experience of teaching and academic research on the Tibetan secular laws in the ancient time——An interview with Professor Sonam Tsering at South-west Minzu University

索南才让教授是法律研究知名专家,出版了《藏族传统法律教程》等多部专著。文章从索南才让教授研究藏族历代法典的因缘入手,就如何界定和认知藏族历代法典的概念,怎样解读藏族历代法典的历史背景和研究价值,以及研究藏族历代法典的内容、结构、意义等方面作了深入的访谈,并对今后的藏族传统学科建设方面提出了明确的建议。

This interview starts with Professor Sonam Tsering^motivation of conducting teaching and academic research on the ancient Tibetan secular laws.The nature and development of law are described in general,the understanding and characteristics of the Tibetan secular laws have been specifically discussed.At the same time,several issues have been introduced,such as starting of teaching the ancient Tibetan secular laws at the South-west Minzu University,and the more than 15 years teaching experiences,the main subjects,structure and importance of the Ancient Tibetan Secuiar Laws:Crystaf Mirror(snga rbabs bod kyi srod khirms gsaf ba'v me long in Tibetan)the reasons for educating disciples,and the background of conducting research on the ancient Tibetan secular laws,the academic values and research methods,and future development.
