香港市区重建一向注重各界人群(尤其利益相关者)对项目的意见及参与度;社会影响评估(SIA)作为更新项目的重要组成部分,不但能使规划方案得到反馈引导,也有助于项目得到各界最大化的支持与共鸣。文章基于香港市区重建中社会影响评估的具体要求解读,结合香港九龙城市区更新计划具体项目案例,从社会维度学习总结其社会影响评估研究工作的优势。希望通过以上内容的探析,为相关项目的规划实践提供借鉴的基础。

Urban renewal in Hong Kong has always valued the views and participation of various sectors of the population,especially stakeholders;Social Impact Assessment(SIA),as an important part of the renewal project,not only enables the planning scheme to be guided by feedback,but also helps to maximize the support and resonance of the project.Based on the interpretation of the specific requirements of social impact assessment in Hong Kong urban renewal,this study combined with the specific cases of The Urban renewal plan of Hong Kong Kowloon City to learn and summarize the advantages of its social impact assessment research from the social dimension.It is hoped that through the analysis of the above content,it can provide reference basis for the planning practice of relevant projects in China.
