以“高校图书馆‘十四五’发展规划”为主题的“2020年山西省高校图书馆年会”在山西临汾市召开,大会报告以析解时代背景、明确图书馆责任、制定规划的重要意义、探析行业趋势、描绘业态新样貌及探寻图书馆发展抓手为主线展现图书馆历史发展和未来趋势。陈凌以“大馆藏与大发现、大服务与大数据、大平台与大联盟”的宏伟愿景展示了未来图书馆的新样貌;杨新涯报告以重庆大学图书馆的最佳实践和深刻研究为山西图书馆发展树立了先思先行的典范;肖珑以“升维思考,降维行动”的方法论为视角阐述了山西大学图书馆发展的宏观愿景和微观规划;弓培林以心无旁鹜,砥砺前行——建设高水平一流大学图书馆的决心和信心呈现了太原理工大学图书馆的担当和谋划。山西两位馆长现身说法,为大家讲述了“十四五”规划的重要性和规划编制的实操性。

The“2020 Annual Meeting of Shanxi College and University Libraries”with the theme of “The fourteenth Five-year Development Plan of College and University Libraries”was held in Linfen City,Shanxi Province.The conference report shows the historical development and future trend of the library by analyzing the background of the times,clarifying the responsibility of the library,the important significance of making plans,analyzing the industry trend,describing the new appearance of the industry and exploring the grasp of the library development.With the grand vision of“big collection and big discovery,big service and big data,big platform and big alliance”,Chen Ling shows a new look of the future library.Based on the best practice and profound research of Chongqing University Library,Yang XinyaJ s report sets a good example for the development of Shanxi Libraries.Xiao Long expounds the macro vision and micro planning of the development of Shanxi University Library from the perspective of the methodology of "thinking on dimension upgrading and action on dimension reduction".Gong Peilin's determination and confidence to build a high-level first-class university library shows the responsibility and plan of Taiyuan University of Technology Library.The two curators of Shanxi tell us the importance of“The 14th Five-year Plan”and the practicality of the planning.
