摘要
【目的】为防治魔芋软腐病和魔芋绿色高效栽培提供参考,筛选魔芋软腐病防效较好的微生物杀菌剂。【方法】选用陕西省微生物研究所研发的1号、2号、3号菌剂以及枯草芽孢杆菌微囊粒剂—枯芽春进行魔芋软腐病田间药剂防治试验,统计软腐病发病率、病情指数、防治效果及产量。【结果】结果表明,枯芽春和3号菌剂处理对魔芋软腐病的防治效果最好,用药后防效达84.84%和62.83%;1号菌剂、2号菌剂、3号菌剂和枯芽春处理魔芋均能起到增产效果,其中1号菌剂和2号菌剂比对照组增产显著。【结论】枯芽春用于防治魔芋软腐病是较好的选择。
【Objective】In order to screen microbial with good control efficacy against soft rot of Amorphophallus konjac.【Method】The microbicide No.1,No.2,No.3 and bacillus subtilis microcapsule agent-Kuyachun developed by Shaanxi Institute of Microbiology and Bacillus subtilis preparation-kuyachun were selected to test the fungicide control of konjac soft rot disease in the field.The incidence rate of soft rot disease,disease index of soft rot disease,control effect of different biological agents and yield were counted.【Result】The results showed that the control effect of kuyachun and microbicide No.3 on konjac soft rot was the best,and the control effect was 84.84%and 62.83%,respectively.The treatment of konjac by microbicide No.1,No.2,No.3 and kuyachun could increase the yield.Among them,microbicide No.1 and No.2 increased significantly compared with the control group.【Conclusion】kuyachun is a good choice to prevent and cure konjac soft rot.
