广西桑蚕产业助力脱贫攻坚及成果巩固的对策研究

Study on Countermeasures of Silkworm Industry Helping for Poverty Alleviation and Consolidating Achievements in Guangxi

2020年是脱贫攻坚的收官之年,巩固脱贫攻坚成果使农民永久脱贫至关重要。文章通过分析广西近三年桑园种植情况、售茧收入情况、桑蚕产业在扶贫中的发展模式,从而肯定桑蚕产业是能帮助农民脱贫致富的好产业。但桑蚕产业在发展过程中也存在桑蚕资源综合利用水平有待提高、缺乏龙头企业、产业链短、缺乏技术型人才等问题,为了解决以上问题而提出了不断提升产业链、做大做强桑蚕产业、做好人才队伍建设、建立巩固成果的长效机制等相应对策,以期为巩固脱贫攻坚成果和桑蚕产业更好发展提供参考依据。

The year 2020 is the final year of poverty alleviation.Industrial development is crucial to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and ensure that farmers are permanently lifted out of poverty.By analyzing the effect of silkworm industry in promoting poverty alleviation in the past three years,this paper shows that silkworm industry is a good industry to help farmers get rid of poverty and become rich.However,during the development of silkworm industry,some issues existing such as the low level of comprehensive utilization of silkworm resources,lack of leading enterprises,imperfection of value chain,lack of technical talents and so on.In view of the issues,the paper proposes corresponding countermeasures,such as continuously improving the value chain,advancing silkworm industry,attaching importance to the talent team buiding,and establishing a long-term mechanism to consolidate the achievements,in order to provide scientific reference for the better development of silkworm industry and consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation.
