农耕文化融入地方农业高职课程思政探析

农耕文化是中华传统文化的根脉,农耕文化融入课程思政对地方农业高职院校实现社会职能具有重要意义。地方农业高职院校与农耕文化有着诸多方面的天然联系,农耕文化与地方农业高职课程思政二者互为“目标”和“手段”,相互联系,相互影响,相互促进,融入地方农业高职课程思政具有“可溶性”。加强组织领导,建立党委全面负责的课程思政领导机制是实现农耕文化融入课程思政的前提条件;加强课程建设,建立科学完备的课程思政体系是实现农耕文化融入课程思政的基础条件;加强教师队伍建设,提高教师的课程思政能力是农耕文化融入课程思政的必要条件;加强教材建设,提高教师开发专业课程思政教材的能力是农耕文化融入课程思政的重要条件。

The farming culture is the root of Chinese traditional culture.The ideology and politics of farming culture integrating into curriculums of local agricultural higher vocational colleges is of great significance to the realization of social functions in local agricultural higher vocational colleges.There are many natural connections between local agricultural higher vocational colleges and agricultural culture.Agricultural culture and local agricultural higher vocational curriculum ideological and political philosophy are mutually"goals"and"means",mutually related,mutually influencing and mutually promoting.It is"soluble"to integrate into the local agricultural higher vocational curriculum ideological and political philosophy.To strengthen the organization and leadership and establish the curriculum ideological and political leadership mechanism which the Party Committee is fully responsible for the premise of realizing the integration of farming culture into the curriculum ideological and political thinking.Strengthening curriculum construction and establishing a scientific and complete curriculum ideological and political system are the basic conditions to realize the integration of farming culture into curriculum ideological and political.Strengthening the construction of teachers and improving the teachers'curriculum ideological and political ability are the necessary conditions for the integration of farming culture into the curriculum ideological and political.Strengthening the construction of teaching materials and improving the ability of teachers to develop ideological and political teaching materials for professional courses are the important conditions for integrating agricultural culture into ideological and political courses.
