黄河文化是中华民族的本源文化,也是一个统一的文化共同体。但在不同的地域,又有一些地域的差异。文章论述黄河文化在宁夏的历史渊源,分别从历史文化遗存、引黄古灌区、非物质文化遗产和时代价值四个层面展开讨论,并对黄河文化的保护、传承、弘扬提出了相应的对策。

The Yellow River culture is the original culture of the Chinese nation and it is also a unified cultural community.In different regions,there are some regional differences.The paper discusses the historical origin of the Yellow River culture in Ningxia,the historical and cultural heritage,the ancient irrigation area of the Yellow River,the intangible cultural heritage and the value of the times,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the protection,inheritance and promotion of the Yellow River culture.
