摘要
大数据时代信息技术发展促使安全管理研究进一步生成数据密集型科学发现范式,并扩展安全绩效管理研究的边界。首先,从数据、信息、知识、智慧4个层面分析数据驱动决策的内涵,并构建数据驱动的安全绩效反馈流程;然后,从时间维、逻辑维和领域维3个维度探讨数据驱动下安全绩效管理的三维结构,归纳数据驱动下安全绩效管理的6个研究特征,并从用户层、指导层、数据驱动决策层、业务层、基础设施层5个层面提出数据驱动下企业层面的安全绩效管理框架模型。研究结果表明,数据驱动下的安全绩效管理有助于推动大数据与安全管理融合,以数据主导方式持续优化安全管理,为安全管理信息化提供理论支撑。
The development of information technology in the era of big data has prompted safety management research to further generate a data-intensive scientific discovery paradigm,and extends the research boundary of safety performance management.First,this paper analyzes the connotation of data-driven decision-making from four aspects of data,information,knowledge,and wisdom,and constructs data-driven safety performance feedback process.Then,the paper discusses the three-dimensional structure of data-driven safety performance management from three dimensions of time,logic,and domain,summarizes the six research features of data-driven safety performance management,and proposes the framework model of data-driven safety performance management at the enterprise level from the user layer,guidance layer,data-driven decision-making layer,business layer,and infrastructure layer.The results show that data-driven safety performance management promotes the integration between big data and safety management,continuously optimizes safety management in a data-oriented way,and provides theoretical support for safety management informatization.
