残疾大学生在大学生群体中属于特殊类型的群体,如何激发残疾大学生的创业意识、提高其创业竞争能力、促进残疾大学生自主的创新创业,已成为高校迫切需要解决的现实问题。以构建残疾大学生创新创业能力提升的协同机制为创新突破点,寻求各个层面、各种资源、各级组织的有效衔接,并提出了有利于残疾大学生创新创业能力提升的可行性方法和路径策略,以此提高高校残疾大学生创业就业成功率,希望可以为高校提供一些启示及帮助。

College students with disabilities are a special type of college students,and how to stimulate their entrepreneurial consciousness,improve their entrepreneurial competitive ability and promote their innovative entrepreneurship independently has become an urgent practical problem for colleges and universities.This paper takes the construction of a synergistic mechanism for the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students with disabilities as an innovative breakthrough point,seeks the effective connection of various resources and organizations at all levels,and formulates feasible methods and path strategies for enhancing the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students with disabilities,so as to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship and employment of college students with disabilities,The aim is to provide some insight and help for colleges and universities.
