在线网络教学模式在“耳鼻咽喉头颈外科”课程中的应用

Application of Online Teaching in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery

为探讨在线网络教学模式在"耳鼻咽喉头颈外科"临床教学中的应用,选取首都医科大学临床医学专业实习学生作为研究对象,实验组采用在线网络教学,对照组采用面对面传统教学。通过耳鼻喉科临床基础知识考核以及问卷调查,比较两种教学方法的效果。耳鼻喉科临床知识的考核成绩中显示在线网络教学并不优于传统教学。在线网络教学方法是特殊情况下面对面传统教学的补充方案,能够发挥"互联网+教育"线上线下混合教学的优势,但是还存在如何提高教学质量等一些有待解决的问题。

In order to explore the application of the online teaching method in the clinical teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery. The undergraduate internship students in the Capital Medical University were selected as research objects. Online network teaching method was used in the experimental group and face-to-face traditional teaching method was used in the control group. The two teaching methods were compared through the assessment of clinical basic knowledge of ENT and questionnaire. By comparing the assessment results of students in the two groups,it was found that the assessment results of students in the experimental group were not better than those in the control group. But the students of the online teaching increased their interests and efficiency in learning and improved their ability of self-study. The otolaryngology head and neck surgery clinical teaching in the online teaching method,is in special circumstances as beneficial supplement of face-to-face traditional teaching and the solutions of the problems in online teaching are the keys that we put forward in our future work.
